Chef Daniel joined the Vanderbilt Country Club Team in 2019. Prior to working at Vanderbilt, he served as the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef at the Country Club of Orlando. Chef Daniel has more than 24 years in the private club industry, has written several blogs, and been featured in Club & Resort Business magazine. Chef Daniel received his certified Executive Chef Accreditation from the American Culinary Federation in 2019. Daniel and his wife Amina currently reside in Naples with their youngest daughter.
