Lena is a Licensed Massage Therapist serving people of New York and Florida for the past 10 years. She graduated from the Swedish Institute of Health Science completing the most comprehensive 1500-hour Massage Therapy program in the United States. Lena is also certified in Craniosacral Therapy and Applied Kinesiology. Her solid foundation in anatomy and physiology brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice that combines western and eastern modalities. Lena's primary goal is to help her clients regain their mobility, independence and total well-being assisting in conditions related to sports injuries, chronic/acute pain, or stress and anxiety.
