Prior to becoming fully immersed in fitness, Sean was in the entertainment business, including concert promotion, music production, artist management, voice over production, and hosting a weekly TV show. It was while watching his show that he became more aware of his weight gain to 250 lbs. Sean changed his life and lost 75 lbs. in 8 months, during which time he developed a passion for fitness and decided to become a Personal Trainer. In addition to Personal Training, Sean studied Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement. After training for 5 years, he became a Boxing and Kickboxing Instructor, which he has been doing for 10 years. Sean’s goal is to help people with their fitness goals and improve their overall quality of life through sports and activity performance.
