Realtors wishing to show property at Vanderbilt Country Club will be required to show their driver’s license and business card at the front entrance gate.

Please note, the front entrance is located off Vanderbilt Beach Road. There is another entrance point along Collier Boulevard, however that is a members only entrance.

For Sale Signs
One “For Sale” sign is allowed per property. All signage must conform to the association’s design standards and color specifications as follows:

• Size 24” x 24” x 5/8” MDO sign board
• Tan/Flex-Bon 5710
• Glossy/Copy: Blue/PMS 2768
• Logo: Blue/PMS 2768
• 4” x 4” x 42” PT pine posts
• Signs can have up to 5 lines of text: FOR SALE, either “BY OWNER” of “Realtor’s name, Agent’s name, one phone number, and one website.
• Signs may not have riders such as “Pending Sale” or “Pool.”
• No signs are permitted between the sidewalks and the road. No attention-getting devices like ribbons, balloons or directional signs are permitted.
• All Realtors must pre-register with the Community Association Office.
• All signs must be on the street side. Signs are not permitted on the golf course side
• All signs shall be removed as soon as the homeowner agrees to a contract to sell the property. No other modification of this sign is authorized. The word “SOLD” is not authorized for display.
• For Sale” signs are not permitted to be displayed in windows or on the lanai. Signs are not permitted outside of the unit in the grass or taped to the front door. Signs of any type are prohibited from lanais.

Open House Signs
One “Open House” sign is allowed per property. The signage must conform to the association’s specifications as follows:

• The temporary “Open House” sign shall be of the metal step type and no larger than 18” x 24.”
• Only one temporary “Open House” sign is permitted on the property for sale, and must be removed by sunset.
• Residents are advised to call the front gatehouse at (239) 348-3385 whenever they schedule an open house in the community. Gatehouse personnel will distribute flyers and maps if provided by the seller.
