Renter

Renters are welcome! Members of Vanderbilt Country Club may rent their home up to four times per year for a minimum of (30) days (with the exception of the month of February) and maximum of one year. No more than two renters may reside in the home at any given time. Members are required to transfer their membership to the renter during the rental period so that the renter may enjoy the use of the Club’s common areas and amenities.

Membership Transfer Applications should be returned to Barb Anderson, Director of Member Services, at least 30 days in advance of the rental period. A non-refundable $600 Membership Transfer Administrative Fee is required for all rentals. Applications that are received less than 30 days prior to the renter’s arrival will be charged an additional $300 Rush Fee.
